"Karen Allen did an excellent job at helping me with my problem. I was not getting hard copy mail from State Farm since my move and so I did not receive the little card that is proof that I have car insurance. I also had not received the bill from them and it almost resulted in them cancelling my auto insurance after 50 years with this company!! Karen straightened it all out, but I am really disgusted with the corporate State Farm."
